Mercury LN 7
The car was built from a Monogram model of a Mercury funny car.
It was shortened to fit on a Scalextric track. As can be seen the rear wheel arches were also closed.
The car has a self built chassis with a Ninco engine frame screwed into it. A Ninco NC 1 engine is used.
At the rear old Fleischman tyres are used, fitted on rims that can be screwed on to the axle.
It is not very fast, but building cars is always fun to do.
